The business has seen rapid growth and expansion over the last 6 years into specialised services and sectors, such as Nuclear Decommissioning and New Build, Renewable, Commercial Gas and Facilities Maintenance.
Môn Maintenance Services has now matured into a High Performance participative and collaborative Company founded on a unique and strong culture, derived from our vision and values, expressed and reinforced by our Leaders. Those values provide focus on our vision and what is important whilst still allowing flexibility, innovation and growth.
We apply our values, vision and existing skills accompanied by our commitment to continuous training and development and in doing so have secured contracts and employment for approximately 20 personnel.
Safety, Quality and the Environment are firmly embedded into the fabric of how we work, having amassed an impressive 500,000 working hours without a single incident. We operate strict HSQ&E management systems having been assessed and accredited to CHAS and certified to OHSAS18001, ISO9001 and ISO14001.
Our services are fully compliant with the latest legislation being NICEIC approved contractors and GAS Safe Registered. Our Tradesmen and Engineers are all highly trained having served full industrial and commercial apprenticeships in their chosen field all employees are able to apply their skills at height and underground being IPAF, PASMA and C&G Confined Space trained.
Our projects and contracts are managed to be delivered safely, on time, to budget and right first time with zero defects. We believe quality means the total package – exceeding customer expectations and providing a real service whilst remaining cost effective.
